Back to those SLAs. So, 7 days to get a shortlist of candidates to you. But where that isn’t possible, you will get a report on the market – how the search has gone, where the difficulties have arisen and what do we need to do or change to get you the candidates you need.
But sometimes, as in a recent case where the position was in the middle of nowhere, it does take time for fresh candidates to come to market. So, if a longer time period is required, we’ll let you know.
Communication – as with all things is key and you will be kept informed every step of the way.
