VEEAM Pre-Sales Consultant

£50,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits
This is a fabulous opportunity for you, an experienced VEEAM Pre-Sales Consultant to join a thriving IT company nr Basingstoke.
You will need a deep understanding of Veeam’s product set and the ability to design and implement solutions for customers. This role requires expertise in both on-premises infrastructure and cloud-based solutions, including Backup as a Service (BaaS), Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), Microsoft 365 Backup, and Continuous Data Protection (CDP) solutions.
Key skills for the VEEAM Pre-Sales Consultant
- Solution Design:Design and architect Veeam-based solutions for on-premises and cloud environments, including BaaS, DRaaS, M365 Backup, and CDP.
- Technical Expertise:Provide deep technical knowledge of Veeam products and adjacent technologies such as VMware and HPE solutions.
- Customer Engagement:Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Presales Support:Assist the sales team with technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept (POC) activities.
- Bid / Tender writing: From customer tender requirements, design a solution, work with cost models, and write technical answers to tender questions to drive new wins in our Cloud Backup Services.
- Implementation Support:Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure successful deployment of designed solutions.
- Training and Enablement:Provide training and enablement to customers and internal teams on Veeam products and solutions.
- Stay Updated:Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Veeam products and related technologies.

About you
In order to be successful in your application for the VEEAM Pre-Sales Consultant position, you should have:
- Exceptional understanding of the Veeam technology suite
- Experience working with/for a Managed Service Provider
- Face to face meeting confidence & any experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills capable of formal proposal writing
- Working with tender responses / proposal writing
- Customer needs analysis
- Solution selling
- Thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn new technologies.
