Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
Full-time | Permanent
Are you the calm in the tech storm? The go-to person when systems crash and screens freeze? We're hiring an IT Support Engineer to join a fast-moving, people-focused tech team based in the heart of London.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s not just technically capable, but genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a business where IT is seen as a key enabler – not an afterthought.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support to internal users across desktop, mobile, and applications (Windows, O365, Teams, etc.)
- Managing user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and Azure
- Escalating issues where necessary and ensuring clear communication throughout
- Assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes including laptop builds and access setup
- Supporting cloud and networking environments (VPN, basic LAN/WAN knowledge is a plus)
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar IT Support / Service Desk role (at least 1–2 years)
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, basic networking
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- A proactive attitude, solid troubleshooting ability, and customer-first mindset
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in a fast-paced professional services or SME environment
Why join?
- Forward-thinking company with a brilliant culture and growing IT function
- Access to training and certifications to keep you sharp and progressing
- Hybrid working model – 3 days in the office, 2 from home
- Team social events, modern office space, and leadership who understand the value of IT
This is a great fit for someone who wants more than just "turn it off and on again" — you’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values your input and helps you grow.
