Well who would believe it – 100% IT Recruitment is 10 years old this month and hasn’t time flown! Or has it?   From our humble beginnings in a 3rd bedroom in High Wycombe through to our 4th office and ever expanding team.  It’s been a great 10 years with a small glitch for the recession of course ( which lasted about half of our life!)

I have so many memories of good times, a few bad times, lots and lots of lessons learnt,  but managing all the time to stay true to our core belief that we are a people business, and we will do our very best for our candidates, clients and of course our own staff.   And if we can have a good time doing it, then we certainly have and that’s what’s made 100% a special place to work.

Through everything, 100% has been able to maintain a great core of staff and we still have most of our customers that were there supporting us in the very beginning.

So I would like to say a very big thank you to my team at 100% IT Recruitment who are loyal, focused and committed.  But also to everyone who has worked for 100% in the past, so many great people and memories and whilst we couldn’t all stay together forever, there’s been some real stars here who will always be 100%ers!

And finally, a very big thank you to our clients and candidates who have helped us throughout our journey – we appreciate every opportunity and look forward to continue working with you in the future!

Now where’s that Champagne??  Too bad Maggie and Sarah aren’t in the office  today – more for the rest of us!!
