Referrals

It’s been a busy year at 100% IT Recruitment, helping both our long-standing clients with their IT positions, but also working with some exciting new clients with wide ranging IT positions.

We spend most of our time filling IT positions such as Desktop Support Engineer, 1st to 3rd line Support, IT Managers, and Infrastructure Engineers, to Software Engineers, Testers and Network Engineers.

But we’ve also been involved in project recruitment, supplying complete teams and even departments this year which has been a great challenge and very rewarding. A few of these include:

  • 2 full Development Team with Developers, Testers, UI/UX and Product Owners
  • A complete NOC /SOC with some tricky Networking and Security skills
  • A support Team for a major Government department
  • 3 support Teams for MOD bases across the country

The key to all of this is people! And we’ve had the privilege of working with some truly great people this year who make our job a pleasure.  And there will always be challenges – dropouts and no-shows, but by building strong, engaged relationships with great people, we’ve been able to fill our clients’ positions with high quality candidates, despite the difficult market.

I recently realised that with all this hard work, we’d somewhat neglected our referrals.  We get lots of lovely compliments which is great, but when they are put down in writing and added to our Linked In and web pages, it has a very powerful affect on potential clients and candidates.

So, a big thank you to everyone who has written a referral for us over the last couple of weeks.  It has meant a lot to us and is already helping to generate new opportunities for 100% as we grow and seek to continually improve what we do.
