£20,000 to £23,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for you, and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join a leading IT Support company based in Basingstoke.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and support of full IT Systems for SME’s from 10 to 500 users. Support will be carried out from the company’s offices in Basingstoke, but with occasional visits to client sites.
You must have 3 – 4 years experience in a similar position.
Technically, you must have strong skills in:-
· Windows 2000 and XP
· Windows Server 2000, 2003, SBS 2000, SBS 2003
· Exchange 2000, 2003, 2007
· Remote Support
· Firewall and antivirus experience
In addition, if you have any experience in Cisco, Apple, Citrix or ISA, this would be a distinct advantage.
You should also have excellent communication skills and able to help non technical users through technical issues.
