2nd 3rd Line Support Analyst

£25,000 + Full Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced 2nd 3rd line support engineer to join a leading IT support company based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

You will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support within a comprehensive support team, for:-

·       Windows 98 through to XP and Vista

·       MS Office 2000 to 2007

·       Windows server 2000, 2003 – Active Directory

·       LAN and WAN issues

·       Veritas Backup, antivirus products

·       Good hardware knowledge – including HP PC’s and Servers, switches, firewalls and routers.

You should also have some Microsoft MCP or MCSE and 2 years minimum experience working in a similar environment.

It is essential that you are a good team worker and have are able to work within sometimes strict SLA’s.  You should have a clear and methodical approach to technical trouble shooting and able to fix the customer as well as the technical problem.
