This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced Service Delivery / Incident Manager to join a world leading organisation based near Heathrow in Middlesex.
You will be the sole point of contact for a major international client, to ensure that they receive a personal, single point of contact service of the highest level. You will then liase with support, supply and logistics departments to achieve this service or whatever the necessary requirement is.
In order to be successful, you must have:-
· Outstanding customer support skills.
· Experience of working in a technical environment, ideally telephony, networking or IT.
· The ability to get things done and able to manage a problem through to speedy resolution.
· Excellent communication skills – keeping customers informed as to progress of issues. Also, being able to foresee possible issues and prevent.
You should be educated to degree level, be willing to travel and participate in events outside of your normal working day. It is very important that you can build strong working relationships with client staff from factory workers to CEO and Director level.
This position has no direct reports initially although this may change and so man management skills would be useful.
