£25,000 to £30,000
+ upto £10,000 Bonus + Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced Marketing Manager to join a leading IT company based in Basingstoke, whereby you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing for each business unit.
To date, the marketing for this organisation has been outsourced, but the company are now looking to bring the function in-house and so require an experienced and creative Marketing Manager who has worked in the IT industry.
In order to be successful, you should have:
· In-depth knowledge of the IT marketplace, in particular hardware and services.
· 3 years marketing experience – particularly hands on style meaning planning strategy and execution.
· Strong Leader but also team player
· Be able to demonstrate tangible results in the past – especially in the area of sales leads, market and business development.
· An eye for detail and opportunities with a real results focus.
· Able to run and manage the marketing budget.
· Degree level education with any marketing qualifications being a bonus.
Initially you will be working alone, but you will have the opportunity to recruit and manage a team as you establish the marketing department.
